General Information and Academic Administration of  Mengrai Maharajwitthayakhom School (Observation and Interview Result) The school is located at 113 Moo 3, TambonNanglae, Amphoe Mueang, Chiang Rai. It is 11 kilometers from Chiang Rai city. The area is located at the hillside of 3 national forests. With the permission of the Royal Forest Department of 50 rai, the area is generally forest degraded. At the beginning of the school, many trees were planted. The current environment is shady.         M engraiMaharaj Witthayakhom School was declared Ministry of Education On Tuesday, January 9, 1980, the third high school of Chiang Rai district. This school provide coeducational education and support more change to studnts to continue their study in secondary school especially in five districs over Kok River, namely, TambonThasut, Nanglae, Bandu, Maekhaotom, and Rimkok.          The school has been teaching since the academic year of 1980. Observing Mengraimaharaj Witthayakom School. The first thing that i do at school after the welcoming ceremony is introduced me to the Mathematics teacher at the Mathematics room at the Mathematics and Science Bulding of Mengrai School. Mathematics teacher has provide a table for me to work for a month. There are 8 math teacher here in Mengrai School - and also 2 internship teacher from CRRU who will trained to teach for about 6 months. They are all having their own responsible on teaching from Mathayom 1 to Mathayom 6 (Mathayom 1 = Grade 7). My mentor will be one of the Mathematics Teacher called Kru Naa, she is also the coordinator of the Mathematics Department. She will teach me how to teach here in thailand. As what i have been telling you at the previous story of this blog, there program will leads me to teach. So, during this program, i will spent more of my time at school (not at CRRU). The school's stuff who will have a responsibility on us pick us at CRRU to the school. But before we go to our school, Mr.T gave an instruction to the school’s coordinator, also continued with the speech from the president of CRRU. Us, CRRU and the School's Teacher. The school's stuff (Kru Jane and Kru Waewta) bring us to the school which actually is less than 10 minutes by car from CRRU. On our way, the explained us that Kru Jane are from English Department (Dina’s Department) and Kru Waewta are from Mathematics Department of the school (mine).  Our house is inside the school (it’s kinda like teacher’s house), w e even just have to walk to reach the classroom, and the teacher’s room . The gave us a room for two-with two beds, a sofa, and one table. Inside the house, there also one

Orientation Day from CRRU. Miss Nok (CRRU’s coordinator) told us to get ready at 08.30. We’re having our breakfast together at the hotel, the receptionist told us which food is contains pork and which food is not (maybe Miss Nok have already tell them that the Indonesian delegates are all moeslim) – even tough we actually doubt because ofcourse they are using the same pan to cook, and we are using the same plate that they use to eat pork. My friends keeps on giving a suggestion like “bismillah aja sebelum makan” so we keep eating the chicken and all kind of food (except those who contains pork) wishing that it is halal for us. I could say that thai food taste are quiet the same with indonesian food, it is also put a lot of spice. I actually loves all the thai fruits (especially here in chiang rai), because its taste soooooooooooooooo fresh.  Hotel Food.  After having our breakfast, Miss Nok pick us up right at 08.30. We are riding something like the hotel-car (i guess)

Here all the story begin! Hai, blogger. Since it will be my first blog telling my story about my experiences during the SEA-Teacher Project, I think i better introduce myself and what kind of project that i will participate for the next 30 days.
