Open House of Mengraimaharaj Witthayakom School I realize that SEA-Teacher Programs wasn't just want us to learn about the education system but also the culture itself. Kru Took tells us that t here actually will be the open house on 15th of February, so the school will invite a lot of people and they will show so much thing. School's ask me to teach traditional dance from indonesia to shown to people at the open house.  I decide to teach them 'Paduppa Dance' a traditional dance from Bugis which i learn once last year, i know that i don't expert on dance (hey, imma math teacher not a dance teacher) but i tried my best to let them know about the culture of my country, especially my tribe Bugis-Makassar. They are from the dance club, so its not hard for them to learn a new move-beside, i personally think that the dance move in thailand and indonesia is quiet same (slowly, and using hand much). We practicing for around 10 days every morning before the school

Chiang Rai, 11 February 2018. Our buddy from CRRU promise to bring us walk to see the famous white temple of Chiang Rai. The promise to come at 1 but ended up come at 2:(WKWKWKW  Wat Rong Khun is a unique temple that stands out through the white color and the use of pieces of glass in the plaster, sparkling in the sun. The white color signifies the purity of the Buddha, while the glass  symbolizes  the Buddha’s wisdom and the Dhamma, the Buddhist teachings. The Wat Rong Khun was designed by Chalermchai Kositpipat, a famous Thai visual artist. To date the temple is not finished. Eventually there will be nine buildings including an ubosot, a hall to enshrine Buddhist relics, a meditation hall, the monks living quarters and an art gallery. Introducing Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to Thailand Student. I teach Mathayom 1/1 and 1/4 for the last time. I gave them the last task about linear programming (Worksheet 8). Before doing their excercise, i also give an example related to the worksheet that i will give. They are answering my question everytime i asked, and stay on focus. My mentor (Teacher Naa) also taking an observe on how i teach.  In the end of the lesson, i give a gift for the fastest student that can answer the worksheet 8 correctly, i gave them Indonesian rupiah-besides to give a gift for them-also for introducing my country's money. Theyre excited because 1000 Baht is actually so much, but IDR 1000 is not that much, sorry. I didnt tell them that it was the last time i teach them, because i hope it will not. Teaching Practice Me: teaching. Actually, i already get used to teach these student at the teaching Assistant before the Final Teaching Weeks, but not taking the class from the begining 'till the end of it. I plan to teach in Mathayom 1 (From 1/1 to 1/6), about the Properties of Linear Equation. I will tell you the Teaching Procedure of Mine: First, i make sure that all the student is ready to accept the subject that i will teach, i let them prepare and ask them whether they are ready to learn or not, this prepration takes 1-2 minues because they are all polit and so easy to tell. After that i start to explain the concept of the Properties of Linear Equation (you can take a look at the previous blog about the teaching plan if you want to know about the properties as well), this is the main activity of my teaching and takes around 20 minutes for the concept explanation. Interesting Place in Chiang Rai  Part 2 Black House.  BaanDam (Black House) near the school.  In Thai, ‘baan’ means home or house and ‘dam’ means black. Fun English Camp Mengrai Maharajwitthayakom School often make an activity during weekends. Since we're stay here; there already 2 kind of camp that held by the school. First, Scout Camp. Second, English Camp. I can't tell you more about the Scout Camp because we're not at school at the moment, but we are one of the voluntee of the English Camp. School's invited some foreign teenager come to help the school to make this camp way more good. They are from america, germany, and other country. At first, we are introducing our self one another before coming to the main activity. The purpose of this camp is to improving the abily of student in speaking english, with the game media. There are 4 kind of game that we do along the day. 1. Guessing Game. This game told you to tell you audience 3 fact (about yourself); but one of them should be wrong. So, your audience need to guess which fact is wrong and which part is right. 2. Binggo. Way more about trying to inv
